Rocksures’ newly renovated Antiguan Villa

Rocksure is pleased to reveal its newly renovated Antiguan villa and to announce that Rome and Provence have been identified as the next destinations for the Capital and Crystal Funds.

Turtle Point, located on the east side of Antigua, occupies a prime position with outstanding sea views and capacious newly-designed interiors. Overlooking Nonsuch Bay Resort, it has access to a range of amenities including water sports, additional swimming pools and a private beach. The property joins Casa Leona in Andalucía as the second property in Rocksure’s Crystal Fund which gives investors shared ownership of six outstanding international villas from as little as £115,000.

Also revealed this month, are the locations for the next Capital and Crystal Fund properties. Italy’s capital city, Rome, one of the most visited destinations in the world with a history spanning almost 3,000 years, will become the European Capital apartment Fund’s 5th property and is expected to be purchased before the end of the year. The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment will be centrally located and at least 1,500 sqft in size which shareholders can call their own with an investment of €62,500.

Meanwhile, the international Crystal villa Fund will be heading to France to source its third property in Provence. Last month, Eurostar commenced a direct route from St Pancras to Avignon meaning the area is now even more accessible from the UK and a firm favourite for family escapes. The Rocksure villa will have 4-5 bedrooms, a swimming pool and will be staffed by a housekeeper who will prepare lunch or dinner six days a week.

Given the current strength of the £, Rocksure is in an advantageous position in terms of purchasing, and will select properties with the potential to give investors the best chance of future capital gain. Founding Director David Rogers explains ‘we are currently identifying the most opportune and coveted areas for investment in the newly announced destinations. Detailed analysis is being undertaken to secure only the best properties with exemplary locations and finishes and with the best opportunities for future price growth’.

Also open for investment is the company’s London Fund London which is nearing first closing. Launched in 2014, it is currently capitalising on the renewed appetite for central real estate at the top end of the market following the election result in May. With the threat of mansion tax removed, prices are rising again and are expected to continue to for the foreseeable future. Investors looking to gain a stake in this buoyant market can own a share of four luxury apartments to be located in Kensington, Chelsea, Westminster and Covent Garden from £122,500. They will be able to enjoy the properties for up to nine nights every year for the next ten years and those wishing more usage can simply invest more.
