SHA Wellness Clinic, the global pioneer of integrative medical and holistic wellness, launched the world's healthiest residences to the market earlier this year. They reported unprecendented demand with 80% of the residences selling almost immediately with plans for the top two floors of the building to be commercialised at a later date. All sales were off plan, directly from SHA Wellness Clinic, and prices ranged from $1.3M - $3.5M.

The development is comprised of just 31 private residences with access to the clinic's cutting-edge facilities, over 300 global medical experts and 100 consultations. There will be three categories available, including The Residence, The Beach House and The Penthouse, ranging between 240m2 and 800m2 with two, three and four-bedroom options. All Residences will include private access for owners, an outdoor and indoor integrated kitchen, generous terrace with private garden and glass infinity pool, laundry room and wine cellar. They will also incorporate state-of-the-art air and water purification systems, as well as home automation based on circadian rhythms. The building will rise to different heights, cohesively existing alongside gardens, mangroves and natural cenotes, built with the highest water and energy efficiency.

SHA's move into the property market, offering fully serviced residences for sale, was driven by consumer demand to invest in long-term lifestyle changes. Owners can enjoy the best of both worlds - unparalleled access to wellness amenities and experts, while SHA's property management team ensures a worry-free ownership experience.
