Following the completion of Belvedere Gardens in September 2019, a flurry of sales were secured, with purchasers enthused by the ability to view furnished apartments. Two show apartments, designed by Goddard Littlefair and with impressive views onto the London Eye, River Thames, Houses of Parliament and County Hall, were opened for viewings. In total 20 apartments were sold, with a total Gross Development Value in excess of £75 million.
