Rumours are swirling that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may be scouting for their next home - and this time, it’s not in New York, Nashville, or Beverly Hills. It’s Cleveland.
The couple spent part of their visit to the Buckeye State this summer touring a few properties currently for sale in Northeast Ohio's Eastside suburbs. Cleveland area’s median list price is just $139,000. Although that figure doesn’t apply in exclusive suburbs like Hunting Valley and Bratenahl, where homes regularly top multiple millions and then some.

Of course, settling down in the Forest City would mark a new chapter in both Swift and Kelce’s real estate journeys - but they’re hardly starting from scratch. Kelce’s most recent purchase made headlines in 2023 - a $6m Kansas City mansion in Leawood, complete with a pool, pickleball court, mini golf course, wine cellar, and 17,000 square feet of living space. Kelce also owns a $995,000 home in Kansas City’s Briarcliff West neighborhood and a Florida condo he picked up in 2019 for $355,000.
Swift, for her part, already maintains an estimated $150,000 million real estate portfolio, including a $17.75 million Rhode Island beachfront estate and multiple homes in Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles.
