To support the recent launch of The Nova Collection at Royal Connaught Park, Comer Homes released a collection of bespoke show apartments to showcase the quality of the homes on offer at the historic development, Abode2 takes a look around

Featuring tailor made one-of-a-kind fixtures and furnishings, designed and curated by Comer’s in-house interiors team, all available show apartments have now been sold, with some units purchased as seen, with all furniture included. Ranging in price from £610,000 to £1.425 million, The Nova Collection, the final phase available at the historic development, is a unique selection of homes with interiors as captivating as the Gothic architecture that characterises the former Royal Masonic Boys School buildings.

The show apartments at Royal Connaught Park feature handmade furniture created to deliver a final design that perfectly complements each room. Typically sourced from UK-based artisans, every item is developed and designed specifically by Comer Homes’ interior design team, using handpicked fabrics that bring a contrast of colours that bring a wow factor.

Following a recent flurry of sales, the five dressed show apartments at the development were sold in one month, with one purchaser taking their unit fully furnished – demonstrating the popularity of the designs.
