SHAKIRA SELLING HER DECKED-OUT MIAMI HOME

Colombian pop star Shakira has put her luxurious Miami Beach home on the market.

The Hips Don’t Lie singer has owned the six-bedroom property for 17 years, and is now asking £8.7 million for it.

Covering more than 20,000 square feet, the home boasts views of the Miami waterfront, plus its own private swimming pool and an on-site gym.

A stainless steel gate opens to a wide, hedge-lined driveway and two-car garage. The living and dining room features a minimalist fireplace while the kitchen has elegant white cabinetry and gleaming stainless steel appliances.

A fitness room looks out on to the driveway and motor court, and a spacious entertainment wing extends off the rear of the house decked out with state-of-the art media and sound equipment.

Shakira was heavily involved in the interior design of the home, which pays homage to her Colombian-Lebanese roots with handmade decorative mirrors and a hookah lounge. The majority of her furniture is bespoke and was sourced by the singer herself from Spain.
