Selling Out Holland Park

80 Holland Park Limited, Christian Candy’s eponymously named residential development company, has announced a recent flurry of sales. Fast approaching 90% sold, the development’s recent success includes the sale of three penthouses and a number of spacious three and four-bedroom lateral apartments.

Situated within the quintessential Holland Park Estate, 80 Holland Park is the first fully serviced residential development in the W11 postcode. Set across five ‘villas’, the project’s 25 homes include lateral apartments, duplex town-house style residences and four penthouses – each with its own distinct character yet finished with the consideration and quality for which Christian Candy is renowned.
