SELENA GOMEZ LISTS HER ‘COTTAGE STYLE’ LOS ANGELES HOME

Pop star Selena Gomez has listed her home in Los Angeles’s Studio City just one year after first snapping it up.

The young musician has put the property - described as a 'cottage style home with a fresh East Coastal vibe' -  on the market for $2.799 million after putting her own stamp on it. Over the past 12 months Selena has replaced the dark wood floors with wide plank, bleached oak floors and lightened the overall colour palette. She also painted the brick around the living room fireplace white.

Spanning 3,188 square feet, the three-bedroom main house has a gated circular drive, formal living and dining rooms, a media area and a library. In addition, there are pitched ceilings, skylights and oak floors, while outside features lavender gardens, a patio, a pool and a renovated guest house.

The house was purchased by the former Disney Channel star for $2.24 million for the house last May, and it is understood she is hopeful for a quicker sale than that of her Texas Mansion, which remains on the market after she first listed it in 2016.
