Searching for a new home can be time-consuming and carries a certain degree of risk. Investment advisors and property search agencies may help with local protocols and premium locations; however, some clients are often disappointed by the type of properties available.

Once commissioned, a comprehensive search for a parcel of land or property that fulfils those requirements, begins.

The team consider all options when looking for opportunities, whether it involves refurbishing and extending an existing property, combining multiple properties into a single dwelling or identifying plots suitable for a new build opportunity.

Once a property has been selected, the team can help with the purchase, while supporting clients in overseeing the planning process by recommending and co ordinating architects, solicitors and interior designers. Once the property has been purchased and planning approvals have been secured Belvedere’s build division then takes over to handle the next phase for our client.
