Oscar winning actress Sandra Bullock has put her modern West Hollywood bungalow – complete with four bedrooms, private spa and city views, on the market for a cool $2.9million.
Best known for her roles in Miss Congeniality, Speed and The Blind Side, the actress is selling the home she has lived in for seventeen years – and it is expected to be snapped off the market quickly.
The California-style home, built in 1942, is in a highly sought-after location - lying just above the famed Chateau Marmont, and overlooking the entire city of LA.
The homes is effortlessly cool in style with a trendy white and stucco exterior and contemporary interior design throughout.
The main storey, spanning 3153 square feet, boasts a calming living room, complete with high vaulted ceilings, neutral-coloured furniture and an authentic fireplace. The kitchen is of a similar rustic style with a traditional island and cream cabinets - but is interlaced with sleek state-of-the-art appliances and a large steel fridge.
The doors then open out onto a private and sunny stone-decked pool, which lies beside a deck of summer chairs, sun loungers and even a private spa overlooking the city below.
The master bedroom is sprawling in size, and hosts a large King-sized bed, fan and its own private terrace. The suite also comes with its own bathroom complete with a large stand-alone tub, steam shower and its own massage table.
The Ocean's Eight star officially put the property on the market last week, having previously listed to rent for an eye-watering $15,000 per month. Sandra first purchased the mansion back in 2001 for a more modest $1.48 million.
