Rosewood Residences Launches In Florida

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts®, in partnership with real estate giants Related Group and Dezer Development, has officially unveiled Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach.

This boutique residential enclave introduces a new standard of intimate oceanfront living to the prestigious stretch of South Florida coastline known as "Millionaire’s Mile." Spanning nearly 12 acres between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, the project is the first of its kind in the area to offer the world-renowned Rosewood service and lifestyle without an attached hotel component.

The development features two distinct buildings designed by the award-winning firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by the acclaimed Dutch design firm Studio Piet Boon. The project’s architecture is inspired by the sleek, curving lines of a luxury yacht. The development is split into two unique experiences: the Oceanfront Tower and the Intracoastal Building. The 10-story Oceanfront Tower is situated directly on the sand and houses 70 ultra-luxury residences, while the 3-story Intracoastal Building offers 22 intimate residences and an exclusive private marina featuring 11 boat slips.

Homes range from two to five bedrooms and span between 2,800 and over 6,400 square feet. Select units include private lanais or expansive rooftop decks equipped with summer kitchens and private plunge pools. Prices for these exclusive residences start at approximately $5.8 million, with penthouses reaching upwards of $15 million.

True to Rosewood’s A Sense of Place™ philosophy, the interiors by Studio Piet Boon utilize a soft, organic palette of limestone, natural wood, and biophilic elements. Floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces ensure that every resident enjoys unobstructed views of either the sunrise over the Atlantic or the sunset over the Intracoastal. Nicholas Pérez, President of Related Group’s Condominium Division, noted that the team is creating a lifestyle that reflects the tranquillity and seclusion of this rare stretch of Florida coastline, where every element from the private beach club to the curated art collections embodies the art of exceptional living.

Residents will have access to over 37,000 square feet of curated amenities. This includes a state-of-the-art wellness center with a private spa, sauna, and salon, alongside two fitness centres and a yoga studio. Dining options are equally impressive, featuring a signature oceanfront restaurant helmed by a celebrated chef, a stylish cocktail lounge, and a poolside creamery. The project is currently under construction and is slated for completion in 2026.
