Entering the lobby of the building from the public concourse, residents and guests are greeted by the twenty-four hour concierge at reception.  A private key controlled elevator exclusively for use by the Penthouse gives direct access to the sixteenth and seventeenth floors opening onto the hall for each respective floor, with two further lifts available.

The principal entrance to the Penthouse at HaYarkon 29 is on the seventeenth floor: entering through the main entrance door into a vestibule, which opens directly into the double height principal reception/lounge, flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, with city and sea views. To the right, one of four private balconies, with views directly out over the shoreline and Mediterranean Sea.

Central to the gracious open plan space is the custom made, architecturally designed steel staircase, with clear glass balustrade and handrail leading up to the mezzanine level and roof terrace beyond, and solid form balustrade and handrail leading down to the bedrooms on the sixteenth floor. Providing an intriguing visual screen between the lounge and dining areas, dropping through three floors, the staircase appears as an exuberant almost mobile work of art – like a giant Alexander Calder mobile, continually redefining the space around it and subtly balancing form and light with function.

The almost never-ending double height wall of light draws the eye round to the dining area, with stunning city and sea views, which by night provides the perfect dining back-drop, with the city and coastline twinkling below.  Architectural feature lighting ensures that the internal ambiance always remains perfect.

Leading off the dining area is the large contemporary kitchen, with feature marble island, Bulthaup cabinetry, appliances by Miele and Smeg, and a further balcony with city views. A guest cloak room with Villeroy & Boch fittings and feature marble contemporary basin and vanity is located just off the kitchen.

Suspended above the dining area is the large open plan mezzanine level, or gallery, with full bathroom, which provides convenient changing facilities and amenities for the pool and jacuzzi on the terrace above. Currently the area is used as an office and gym/exercise space.

Following the staircase up to the final rooftop floor (eighteenth), the stairs erupt into the sky, giving way to the vast rooftop terrace: glass balustrades provide safety and shelter from any coastal wind, without compromising the stunning city, coastline and sea views.  Decking and strategic accent planting provide the perfect frame and setting for the infinity edge swimming pool and jacuzzi (spa), creating an indulgent private skyline oasis.

On the sixteenth floor of the Penthouse at HaYarkon 29 are the bedrooms, four/five, and four bathrooms: a large master bedroom suite, with full en suite bathroom with double vanity, wardrobes and private balcony, a second bedroom suite with en suite bathroom, wardrobes and private balcony, a third bedroom with en suite bathroom and wardrobe, a forth bedroom, currently used as a media room/den, open plan to the hall, and a fifth bedroom or security room. All bathrooms are of a contemporary design, with Villeroy & Boch fittings. The sixteenth floor also has its own direct entrance/exit, via a vestibule, with access to the sixteenth floor lift and lobby, negating the need to go up a floor in order to exit and also making it possible to enter directly to the bedroom floor.
