Sydney will see a new addition to its already impressive skyline with a brand new mixed-use development - complete with 190 luxury homes.
One Circular Quay is the newest iconic residence from global property developer, the Wanda Group, just a stone’s throw away from the famous Sydney Harbour and close to popular attractions such as the Opera House and the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia.

The 28-storey tower is set to transform the city’s skyline and mark another historically significant age of luxury residences and accommodations. When completed in approximately mid-2022, One Circular Quay will consist of two high adjacent towers constructed using sandstone and glass.
The first will include a 59-storey residential tower with 190 apartment units. The second will see a 28-storey high-rise building, incorporating the first 5-star, 181 key Wanda Vista Hotel. The base of two towers will feature a 518 square metre area public space to serve boutique high-end luxury retail and public art spaces.
