Panoramic Views Of London On Offer With Two 44th Floor Penthouses For Sale

A pair of penthouse in London's Isle of Dogs have hit the market this month for just under £4 million apiece.

Occupying the 44th and 45th floors of Baltimore Tower, Each apartment spans 2,622 square feet and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an additional study or fourth bedroom.

Located close to Canary Wharf, the 450-foot-tall tower was designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the architectural and planning firm behind Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower. The penthouses have panoramic views over the River Thames and the entirety of London.

The interior of the penthouse has been designed by Nicola Fontanella and her team at Argent Design, who drew inspiration from the home’s city views.
