Nicole Kidman has sold one of her Sydney luxury apartments in Milsons Point’s Latitude complex.
It was the most recent of her six acquisitions in the high-rise that enjoys Harbour Bridge and Opera House views.
The three-bedroom 15th floor apartment that cost $7.725m in 2023 fetched a building record $8.5m when sold to winemaker David Madson. The hitherto unreported sale, which went undetected amid Kidman’s labyrinth of nondescript shelf companies, occurred as her marriage to Keith Urban was unravelling.

All of Kidman’s Lavender St apartment purchases are held through companies directed by lifelong friend, Annette Rechner, nee Overton, who grew up near the Kidman family in Lane Cove.
The recently sold apartment was the sixth in the building, with the first being in 2009 at $6m. It was followed by a $7m buy in 2012, with the two 21st floor penthouses consolidated into an 800 sqm two-level residence.
A 19th floor apartment was snapped for $2.68m in 2011. In 2021 there was a two-bedroom 20th floor apartment that cost $2.78m with a fourth floor one-bedroom unit costing $1.35m in 2022.
