Recently the team finished work on a 786 square metre new build contemporary home with five bedrooms, a large open-plan living space, gym and children’s play zone, set over four floors, complete with a basement swimming pool. The brief involved the design and project management of the house which overlooks the sea in Essex. e client required a low-maintenance home with eco-technologies, a stunning outlook and a style aesthetic with a difference. The Beach House has since won a multitude of awards.
