That relationship between such different landscapes – the sea, the beach and the garden – is the most substantial and inspirational part of the project.”

This theme is carried through to the individual apartments as well, with curved terraces looking out over the Mediterranean and delivering a sense of the sand beneath your toes the moment you step outside. From within, the frosting on the lower part of the balcony glass gives the look of sand as the sun hits it, framing the sea that’s visible above.

Kronos Homes is known for blending avant-garde architecture with nature to create unique projects and The Edge is certainly no exception. The fully pedestrianised ground level features dense foliage and water areas, creating a special, open setting that perfectly complements the backdrop of the Mediterranean.
