Kensington Penthouse

Intérieur London were appointed for the full furniture, fixtures and equipment fit out of the luxury Kensington Penthouse.

Built by St Edward Homes, and providing full 360-degree stunning panoramic views of London with a 1000 square foot full wrap around terrace, the Kensington Penthouse exudes sophistication and contemporary living.

The full height windows flood the apartment with natural light which was a key consideration in the interior design process. The fabric panelled entrance hall drew influences from the Armani hotel and the soft ambient lighting sets the scene for this 'one of a kind penthouse'. One-off pieces punctuate each space and a meticulous attention to detail is evident throughout.

Influenced by luxury Italian furniture brands such as Minotti and Fendi, the living room offers a sophisticated and relaxed environment, the open plan is separated by a full height, contemporary shelving unit; bronze accents, textured veneer and smoked glass provide a luxurious tonal colour palette; textured silk wallpaper lines the walls and subtle pops of cooper, teal and suede bring contemporary living to life. Intérieur London also designed the fully fitted bespoke bar complete with contrasting veneer and soft LED lighting.

In the master bedroom’s there is a full wall headboard in a combination of textures - white marble, brushed bronze and sucupria mink veneer, with fully integrated LED lighting. The combination of subtle textures, luxurious finishes, elegant tones and unique one-off pieces incorporated within the interior of the Kensington Penthouse, deliver an exceptional luxurious sophisticated design.
