The Cell star and musical royalty, J.Lo and fiancé, Alex Rodriguez have bucked the current downturn in property sales by purchasing a new home to add to their envious property portfolio. The couple already own properties in California, Florida, and New York.

The superstar spent close to $1.4 million for a cosy single-story home in Encino, according to Variety.
Situated on 0.13 acres on a corner plot, the house measures 2,202 square feet and features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. A far more modest home than many of the couples’ other sprawling properties.
The property was built in 1948, and has a red tiled roof and cream-coloured stucco walls; the understated exteriors give way to sleek modern interiors that have been recently renovated.
The elegant yet minimal interior includes wooden floors, white walls, and charcoal-coloured vaulted wooden ceilings.
The recently installed kitchen opens to a family room, and features heather grey cabinets, snow white worktops and stainless steel appliances, that are anchored by a central island, that doubles as a breakfast bar.
French doors open out onto a covered patio, where there is space for a snug lounge area or room for outside dining. The property includes two guest bedrooms that share a large bathroom, as well as a master suite with lofted ceilings, two wardrobes, and an upgraded white-and-grey bathroom with a jack and Jill vanity, a sleek modern bath, and glass-walled shower. The exterior boasts a 200-square-foot home office situated behind a detached garage.
In addition to their most recent acquisition, the duo also own, a Malibu beach house they bought from Jeremy Piven last year for $6.6 million, a $28 million Bel Air mansion that Lopez bought in 2016, a $20 million Manhattan penthouse that Lopez has had on the market since 2017, and a number of homes in Miami, including Rodriguez’s aforementioned Coral Gables estate.
