Pop singer and actress Jennifer Lopez has forked out £15.3 million on a swish Park Avenue apartment in New York along with her baseball player boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home is the first home that the American Idol judge and her beau have purchased together.

With incredible views of Central Park and the city skyline, the home is in one of the Big Apple’s finest apartment blocks which boasts a 75ft indoor pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. There is also an on-site restaurant and a performance venue.

The 36th floor apartment has a corner living room, a breakfast bar overlooking the park, and corner master bedroom with a separate dressing area. There is also a library and his and her bathrooms, and oak floors throughout.

At present, both Lopez and Rodriguez own multiple homes in Miami, Los Angeles, and New York, though Lopez listed a stunning NoMad penthouse she purchased back in 2014 for a cool $26.95 million.
