Love don’t cost a thing - but this mansion certainly might.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are learning that luxury real estate doesn’t always come with a happy Hollywood ending.
Two years after snapping up a sprawling Beverly Hills estate for nearly $61 million, the now-split couple has relisted the property for $52 million, putting them on track for a multimillion-dollar loss.
Perched on a 5.2-acre promontory in the chic Beverly Crest neighbourhood, the 38,000-square-foot mansion first hit the market in July 2024 for $68 million.

After two significant price cuts - one in May of this year and another upon its recent relisting - the property is now offered at a full $16 million below its original ask. It’s also nearly $9 million under what Lopez and Affleck paid.
Despite the price cuts, the double-gated estate is nothing short of extravagant. The main residence boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and a host of high-end amenities, including a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a separate caretaker house and a two-bedroom guard unit.
