A recent Knight Frank report has shown that one in four respondents stated that they were now more likely to move in the next 12 months. According to the Knight Frank Global Survey, which outline impact of the pandemic on residential buyers’ attitudes, topping the list is the desire for a large garden/outdoor space. 66% of all the respondents surveyed voted that having your own substantial outdoor space is more important for them now than it was pre-lockdown.
