BAYA Interiors unveils a luxury show residence at Tower East, the newly completed final tower at Chelsea Waterfront, within one of London’s most significant riverside developments.
Designed by the late Sir Terry Farrell, Tower East forms the elegant counterpart to Tower West, with their distinctive diamond forms shaped to maximise panoramic views across the Thames and London skyline.
The show apartment spans 2,260 sq ft and comprises four bedrooms.

Set high above the River Thames in Chelsea Waterfront’s Tower East, BAYA’s apartment takes an expressive, layered approach to luxury. The designers draw on the waterfront’s character to inform a palette of deep blues, rich teals, and soft light-blue accents, grounded by calm neutrals. The result is an interior that feels both dynamic and composed, where colour is introduced with confidence but always in balance.
Rather than smoothing out the building’s irregularities, BAYA leans into them. Angled walls and structural columns are treated as opportunities, with bespoke upholstery and joinery forming integrated seating nooks and curved recesses that feel intuitive and intentional.
In the principal bedroom, a starburst timber headboard introduces a contemporary interpretation of Art Deco, complemented by textured artwork with a raised effect and carefully placed colour accents that bring energy and individuality.
This scheme reflects BAYA’s sharper vision of contemporary luxury - less about show, more about substance and personality; shaping homes that feel both considered and genuinely liveable.
