Born and raised in Berlin, but now based in London, Mikail has focused his career on delivering world-class hospitality. His diverse background and natural leadership has helped hone his hospitality experience. He is a motivational team player and renowned for putting his staff and their wellbeing first.
Known for his efficient and financially astute execution, he has overseen multimillion-pound projects. He has been headhunted for his operational style and his exceptional skills in managing complex, critical paths.
Mikail has personally overseen the conception, implementation and execution of some of London’s most prestigious members-only establishments, including the South Kensington Club, Maslow’s Mortimer House, and The Mandrake – a luxurious boutique hotel in central London.
Most recently, he was requested to oversee one of London’s most iconic openings: a seventy-million-pound reconstruction, which includes a five-floor members’ space featuring three restaurants and eight bars. He is an advisor and influential strategy developer for various other brands.

Phase I / development-
During the build phase, we work with investors on the development of private members’ club concepts; we work alongside architects, designers, project managers to provide operational advice in order to reduce the number of changes and costs later down the line in the project.
Phase II / pre-opening-
During the pre-opening phase, we develop an operational critical path, de-risk any delays and make sure the GM is fully supported to allow running daily operations efficiently. We work alongside all stake holders and provide valuable insights across all departments with our deep insight of club models
Phase III/ Post opening
We provide support until the new business has settled down, teams stabilised, with many years in leadership positions, we provide leadership coaching, mentoring to build stability in the first year of operating support the owner and GM equally.
