Dandi’s highly anticipated coliving scheme - a 355-apartment development with two penthouse floors of hospitality activated amenity space is set to open in Wembley later this year.

Dandi Wembley comes with mindfully designed Magical Studios that can be reconfigured into five different modes, as well as a vast array of communal spaces and living experiences which will enable residents and members to connect with each other.

Dandi is a new standard of ‘design-led’ coliving schemes that blurs the lines between corporate lets, traditional renting, a hotel, and social gathering.

The amenities space sits on the top floors of the building with floor-to-ceiling views of the city. Curated by Lifestyle Director, Samir Kerchiched, previous roles include Momo, Sketch, W Hotel, the communal spaces include a wellness studio, garden terraces, games rooms, a micro theatre, coworking, private conference rooms, a lounge bar, and eateries.

Dandi Wembley will also host a diverse programme of social engagements for residents and members that prioritises wellness, personal growth, and sustainability. The social calendar of events from Dandi’s international community will include chef-run supper clubs, a progressive programme of micro theatre performances, wellness classes, mental health sessions and live music performances.

Dandi has done away with the more conventional setup, everything is bookable from its Virtual Concierge App or concierge desk’s iPads with just a few magical taps. From ‘moving-in’, room cleaning to deep tissue massages, VIP bookings and ordering healthy ‘food to go’ - everything is taken care of.

Dandi Wembley also boasts superfast WiFi and fully furnished 5-in-1 Magical Studios which include a smart Samsung 8K 50-inch TV and storage space that’s equivalent to a two-bed apartment. Air purifiers have also been installed in every apartment at Dandi Wembley, which significantly reduces the risk of airborne viruses and bacteria. Rent’s anticipated to start from £1,200 per month but the firm is also offering flexible leases for renters to stay as long as they are in town.

To make magical living accessible, Dandi has set up its own supply chain and factory in West London. The firm does everything in-house: From product design to manufacturing, as well as construction and management for all its schemes.

Following the launch of Dandi Wembley, the firm intends to develop 15,000 units over the next seven years to create a £5bn portfolio that will be rolled-out across Europe and the United States.
