That wanderlust evolution shows up clearly in her property choices too. Once rooted in headline-grabbing Los Angeles properties - Longoria has steadily reworked her property portfolio, selling off Stateside homes while putting down deeper roots abroad.

Longoria’s most recent real estate chapter unfolds in Marbella, where she purchased a villa in early 2023 as she began spending more of her time outside the U.S. The property serves as a primary base for the actress and was prominently featured in the CNN series Eva Longoria: Searching for Spain, which traces her ancestral roots and deepening connection to the country.

She first fell for Marbella two decades ago and seized the opportunity when the right house finally came on the market. Though it required refurbishment, the villa checked every box in terms of size and location. She reportedly purchased the property the same day she viewed it.

Mexico City is also functioning as a “second home” for Longoria, who frequently visits the capital and owns property there.
