ELLE Residences Expands Global Portfolio To Brazil

ELLE, the iconic global lifestyle and fashion brand, continues its international expansion in the branded residential sector with the launch of two new ELLE Residences in São Paulo, Brazil; Casa ELLE in Brooklin and ELLE Collection in Boa Vista. The developments mark ELLE Residences’ debut in South America and a bold new chapter in the brand’s vision for immersive, design-led living.

Created in partnership with Meira Mattos, one of Brazil’s leading real estate developers, the projects will be realised under a licensing agreement with Lagardère News, owner of the ELLE brand. The residences will be brought to life by The One Atelier, globally renowned for translating luxury brands into design-led branded real estate, and ARQUINAUT, the international studio that has helped define the ELLE Residences concept globally.

Situated in the upmarket and cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Brooklin, Casa ELLE will offer a contemporary urban retreat defined by sculptural forms, organic materials and open, expressive interiors. Inspired by Brazil’s raw beauty and bold soulful culture, the designs will combine structure and sensuality, channelling the confident energy of ELLE and the unique rhythm of the city.

Located in the lush, tree-lined district of Boa Vista, ELLE Collection will offer a limited series of stunning homes that celebrate craft, culture and high-end tropical living. Drawing from a palette of natural materials and local artistry, the residences will become an ode to expressive minimalism, anchored in exotic palettes.
