Michelle Pfeiffer and husband, David E. Kelley have made the latest change to their developing portfolio, with the recent purchase of a Mediterranean-style estate in Pacific Palisades. The Avengers: Endgame actress and Big Little Lies creator, who have been married since 1993, recently purchased the property for $22.5 million. The purchase follows the recent sale of their 3,211 square-foot mansion, located close by for $9.1 million.
According to sources, the couple’s recent purchase was made through a company tied to Kelley. Though little information is publicly available about the sprawling, 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom home, records show that the house underwent extensive renovations by the current owner, including more than doubling its size. (Also of note is that the home is located near the exclusive Riviera Country Club.) Images of the backyard reveal a large infinity-edge swimming pool and a side stone patio bordered by a lawn, with tall hedges and mature trees providing ample privacy to the famous new owners.
In addition to the sale of their four-bedroom, four-bathroom Pacific Palisades home earlier this month, the couple also recently sold off their Silicon Valley ranch-style compound, to the tune of $22 million, in late December. They currently have two other homes on the market: one more in Pacific Palisades, which is listed for $8.35 million, and another in a remote area of the British Columbia coastline, listed for $28.8 million. Pfeiffer and Kelley have had the 340-acre luxury estate, known as Fawn Bluff, on the market since 2018. The lake house includes its own private lake and dock, plus a helipad.
