Craftsmanship. Heritage. Performance. Experience the difference at Gaggenau London

The Gaggenau showroom, situated in the heart of London, is within an historic Grade II listed property on Wigmore Street. The two storey space, which houses the luxury range of Gaggenau’s built-in appliances, combines architectural aspects of London, combined with materials from its birth place, the Black Forest of Germany. All design touches are carefully considered, such as walls clad in red brick patterned in the style of London Underground tiling, through to oak flooring and pine used to create the heritage wall, sourced from the Black Forest.

The Gaggenau difference continues beyond the products, the importance of the tactile experience cannot be overstated, the quality of components, build and design are best understood when you can sense it for yourself. Specifications and proof of excellence are there to explore, but ideas are what the showroom team are there to inspire you with. They can advise on which appliances are most suited, helping bring your vison to life tailoring and planning your space. Consider joining one of the live cooking demonstrations, which will feed your imagination, allowing you to see, touch, taste and interact with the products in order to truly appreciate the Gaggenau difference.

The impressive showroom space is also used to host exclusive culinary and cultural events for consumers, designers, architects and business partners. To celebrate Gaggenau’s launch of their fully automatic espresso machine 400 and 200 series, an immersive installation was held at the showroom with Brazilian designer, Mayra Sérgio. Sérgio fused British and Brazilian culture by creating coffee bricks made from Brazilian coffee and arranging them using England’s traditional architectural method of brickwork.

With a heritage of over 330 years of crafting metal, Gaggenau have centuries of skills in every appliance. Avant-garde yet timeless, skilfully hand-built pieces are crafted from the finest materials, each a true design statement built to last. Gaggenau’s Head of Design Sven Baacke states that when conceptualising new innovations, he looks to the future to envision how architects and designers will create housing and how Gaggenau fits in to that, creating a technologically advanced appliance with a timeless design.

If the kitchen is the heart of the home, then Gaggenau is its soul. This brand is not just about cooking equipment, it is about providing an environment in which you can create. Equally Gaggenau London is not only a showroom, it is a unique experience space where the deep rooted history of the brand is showcased and waiting to be explored.
