Corvara in Badia is one of the pearls of the Dolomites, the most beautiful mountains in the world. Located at 1,568 meters at the foot of the Sassongher massif, it is a ladino resort framed by breathtaking views, a famous centre for winter sports and outdoor activities in summer, and also the place where exclusive cultural and gastronomic experiences are found.
Overlooking the small square in the historic center, on the exact spot where the Town Hall stood until the early 1980s, a chalet consisting of only three very large flats is undergoing a complete renovation (one has already been sold, while the other two are still available).
The chalet, built with high-quality materials and with ideal acoustic and comfort performance, will also take care of energy savings.
Enhanced by large windows and generous open terraces with views of the enchanting surrounding alpine panorama, each residence will be delivered completely finished, taking care of every detail according to high-quality specifications (for further details see the "The project" section). However, buyers can request to customize their floor, either in terms of design or finishes, to better suit their own needs and tastes.
