The 2,000 sq. ft lobby of 73 -77 Brook Street will welcome tenants of the building, where Clivedale has called upon the services of internationally renowned lighting specialists, Haberdashery, to design a bespoke installation that emulates the look of a flowing river - an undulating installation which adorns the bespoke panelled ceiling of the lobby. Future tenants of the building (subject to the unit leased) will also have the option to enter via a private entrance and have access to a private courtyard terrace.

The launch of 73-77 Brook Street comes in the same week that the London market was identified by Aviva Investors as the European city that will experience the greatest future demand for office space across the continent, due to the wealth of talent being attracted to the capital.

Located between New Bond Street and Grosvenor Square, Brook Street is just moments away from Hyde Park and some of the very best retailers, hotels, galleries and fine-dining establishments that London has to offer. Tenants at 73-77 Brook Street will also have easy access to the future Bond Street Crossrail station, just less than 100 meters from the main entrance of the development, which will provide high-speed connections to the City, Canary Wharf and Heathrow Airport.

The super-prime developer specialises in elegant and precedent-setting projects. Clivedale’s portfolio, today currently valued in excess of £1.5 billion, has been managed in house from acquisition to delivery. To date, Clivedale has purchased and secured planning consents for a total of seven projects across residential, hotel and commercial sectors within prime Central London within less than seven years. Further to the success of 73 Brook Street Clivedale acquired (2018) and secured planning consent to redevelop 20-24 Carlton House Terrace in St James.

Drawing upon Clivedale London’s expertise in servicing and hospitality, the PCL developer completed its first residential development The Mansion in Marylebone, earlier this year. This will be followed by Mayfair Park Residences, Dorchester Collection's first ever branded residences in 2020, and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London which will be delivered alongside a brand-new Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

73-77 Brook Street will complete in Q2 2020.
