City Pavilion launches with Stunning Rooftop Garden

This Autumn, Ocubis launches City Pavilion; a new members-only co-working space in the Square Mile complete with five floors of serviced office space and one of the largest private rooftops in the city centre.

Located in the Cannon Green development next to Cannon Street station, the new site is the industrial-chic sibling of the well-established Kensington Pavilion. Featuring hot desks, exclusive desks, private offices and penthouse office suites with incredible views across the city, City Pavilion provides the utmost in work-life flexibility.

To launch the site, City Pavilion hosted an exclusive yoga session on the 3,000 sq ft rooftop garden for its members, in collaboration with award-winning operator of premium boutique fitness studios Core Collective. Members were invited to stretch, work out and take in the stunning views of London offered by the building’s premium rooftop garden.

City Pavilion’s 3,000 sq ft rooftop garden is like no-other, providing the perfect setting for alfresco lunch breaks, post-work sundowners or private events throughout the year for up to 300 guests. Members at City Pavilion will also have priority access to the building’s other amenities, including Drake & Morgan’s ‘The Listing’ Bar & Restaurant with all-day outdoor dining, a Gymbox gym, the Bike Club and ‘Spanner’ – a bike repair shop.

The twelve-floor development features stylish interiors with an industrial feel and quirky furnishings complete with a dramatic glass atrium leading to a futuristic open staircase. Exposed pipework and metal perfectly balance the bespoke vintage designed lounges brimming with artwork and the latest in technology.
