Paul Mescal may have made the move from Dublin theatre stages to Hollywood red carpets, but when it comes to where he lives, his approach is pretty low-key.
His property choices speak to his Irish roots, his London lifestyle and a preference for spaces that feel comfortable and homely.
After several years renting, including a stint with his Normal People co-star India Mullen in a north-east London flat, rumour has it that Mescal recently purchased a new home in the capital.

According to reports, the 29-year-old actor has snapped up a property in Kentish Town, placing him alongside a mix of well-known neighbours, including Bill Nighy.
He is a familiar face in London’s neighbourhood pubs — from Islington’s The Old Queen’s Head to The Canonbury Tavern, where he has been seen enjoying a game of cards with friends and on a date night with his girlfriend, singer Gracie Abrams.
His affinity for a good pint extends to traditional Irish pubs; he has recommended The Auld Shillelagh in Stoke Newington for its excellent Guinness. He has also been spotted jogging through Highbury Fields, dining at Michelin-starred Brat in Shoreditch and enjoying a night out at Camden members’ club House of KOKO.
