  • Double-digit growth in tourism in Portugal which is boosting overall property demand, for short-term lets and second homes sales, specifically in urban areas.

All of the aforementioned indicators lead us to believe that Portugal stands as one of the strongest locations in Europe for investment growth moving forward.
