Rightmove has come up with a new list of the most expensive streets in the UK, based on current asking prices.
The analysis looked at addresses with at least five properties advertised for sale. This has resulted in a very different-looking rundown to the annual effort from Lloyds Bank, based on Land Registry sold data.
Rightmove places Winnington Road in the number one spot, with an average asking price of nearly £12mn. By comparison, Knightsbridge topped the latest Lloyds rankings, with an average sold price of £21.4mn.
