The Diamond Majesty has been created by Vispring using their unrivalled 120 years of expertise in mattress making and using only the finest natural materials including the rare vicuña.

The vicuña is a small member of the camel family, found in the extremes of the high-altitude altiplano regions of the Andes, whose fleece is considered the rarest and most luxurious in the entire world. Their fleeces are harvested sustainably, only sheared twice a year by Andean farmers for a maximum of five times in their lives. The animals are never harmed during the process and are always returned safely to the wild. The result is an ultra-soft fleece, finer than cashmere with hypoallergenic properties.

The Vicuña is combined with other natural materials such as blended real Shetland wool, cashmere, silk, bamboo, British horsetail which enables air circulation and is extremely resilient and organic cotton which is ethically produced and provides natural absorbency and is breathable.

These materials, alongside three layers of hand-nested calico pocketed springs, of which there are 3,774 in Super King size mattress, create the most comfortable and luxurious sleep.  A Diamond Majesty takes a Vispring craftsperson nearly 12 hours to make, with only the hand side stitching taking more than four hours.
