The entryway to a home says a lot about the owner. Grant Cane, the CEO of Fabco Sanctuary, tells Stephen Penn how their W20 doors are making a whole new design statement.
Putting money into not just a solid door, but one which can elevate the beauty of an interior scheme is a smart investment. This is where Fabco Sanctuary have the advantage on their competitors.
Thanks to slim sightlines, their W20 doors are beautiful to look at - and to look through.
On a functional level, Fabco is the only company to achieve a certified B-thermal rating on their doors which means homeowners can stay warmer in winter.
All of Fabco’s products are engineered on specialised CNC machinery, which ensures higher degrees of accuracy and allows them to work within much smaller tolerances. The benefits are numerous, as Fabco frames perform better, last longer and have shorter manufacturing times.
Professionally-designed to your requirements, they are engineered to the highest standards. This means Fabco frames look just the way you might imagine, as well as performing at unrivalled levels.
“Our door systems are incrediblu versatile,” explains Fabco CEO, Grant Cane. “They not only look great as a stand-alone feature in your home, but also when coupled with window sections and other doors to create larger screen assemblies.”
One example of this is Wandsworth Commons, where Fabco installed floor to ceiling bespoke twin French door sets, separated by a fixed panel and with openings above, allowing light to flood the client’s home.
Sherbrooke Road is another project where Fabco installed bespoke French doors to the rear of the property but with an entirely different finished look. On the ground floor Fabco designed, manufactured and installed two bespoke Georgian style double door and screen sets. Then, on the first floor, they installed bespoke steel windows of the same size and design.
“W20 steel door systems are the slimmest of all hot rolled steel framing systems currently available,” adds Grant. “They offer maximum glass area, slimline sections, and exceptional performance. The system utilises traditional steel glazing bars which is one of the reasons they’ve become so popular, due to the almost limitless choice of design.”
