All of the villa’s numerous bedrooms are large spacious suites, situated, as requested, to one side of the 30m long, Moorish style central courtyard.

A series of lounges and common areas flank the other sides of the courtyard, each with double aspect windows, 6-metre high ceilings and architecturally designed through carefully considered structural details for maximum impact.

The basement was designed as a private wellness spa complete with a second 30 metre indoor pool, massage room, hammam and steam room, which was made possible as a result of the design teams' ‘clever analysis of the site topography’.
