Champagny is an attractive authentic farming village that is also the gateway to the famous and magnificent Vanoise National Park (a nature reserve of 53,000 hectares) and linked with the large Paradiski ski area so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Champagny is in a sunny sector with excellent long runs and views across to Courchevel. It’s also well placed for an outing by car to neighbouring Courchevel and the 3 Vallées which is a little further (21km).

CHAMPAGNY SKI AREA

Paradiski is one of the largest ski areas in the world and one of the very large interconnected areas.

The massifs of Les Arcs/Peisey-Vallandry and La Plagne are linked by the Vanoise Express, the world’s largest cable car: the ultra-modern two-level panoramic cabin crosses between the massifs of the three resorts in just four minutes. It can carry 4000 people per hour.

The Paradiski lift system is one of the fastest and most modern that exists. The double-decker cable car has, in addition to the 360° panorama, a 3-dimensional outlook courtesy of a transparent glass panel inserted into the floor of the lower level of the 2 cabins.

With 70% of the ski runs at over 2000 metres and one of the world’s most modern artificial snow systems, Paradiski guarantees top-quality snow conditions from December to April. With the best-known peaks, such as Mont Blanc and the Pierra Menta forming a panoramic background.

The cable car from the centre of the village of Champagny takes skiers to an altitude of 2,000m within eight minutes. To return direct to the village you can take either a red run or the cable car.

THE STANDARD CO-OWNERSHIP WITH CONCIERGE SERVICE '"Serenity"

This acquisition in full ownership allows you to manage your property through a unique concierge service contract. A full range of services in provided for you and your guests during your stays: care, maintenance and hotel-like services (field trips, shopping delivery, packages and subscriptions, transfers from airport/train station, restaurant and event bookings). Your property is not listed as available for rent.

THE RENTAL MANAGEMENT WITH MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT AND CONCIERGE SERVICE "Profitability"

This acquisition in full ownership is subject to a flexible legal framework that allows you to recover the VAT on the purchase of your property. By signing a management agreement and concierge service contract, you commit yourself for 9 years (tacit renewal every 3 years, termination according to conditions) to make the property available part of the year (as defined in the agreement). You receive full marketing support during the rental process (rental pricing strategy, advertising).
