Omnam is once again confirming its leadership in the development of cutting-edge hospitality destinations. Alongside the much-anticipated opening of its W-Rome project, Omnam has acquired another project on Italian soil.
David Zisser, Founder and CEO of Omnam Group:
“We are happy and proud to add to our portfolio a property that will doubtlessly become a trophy asset: Villa Camerata. This prestigious and monumental villa, which dates back to 1427, has a rich history and lends itself perfectly to an international luxury lifestyle resort on the outskirts of Florence”.
Over the years, Florence has witnessed an increase in the number of tourists arriving, as well as the duration of their stay. Omnam will transform the villa into a luxury lifestyle city resort whilst preserving the rich character of the historical building. The hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2023, will offer an extensive range of food and beverage options, as well as premium wellness facilities.
Villa Camerata is located in the northern outskirts of Florence, in the district of Campo Di Marte, in direction to Fiesole, a short eight minute drive from Florence’s city centre. The Villa comprises an L-shaped building which sits alongside a secondary property, formerly known as Lemon House, all set within expansive grounds.
David Zisser said:
“The Omnam team are global change-makers. Our experience and way of thinking is often described as different and creative. Award winning projects, such as the former Post Office in Rotterdam (POST), the Ven Amsterdam complex, have proven that we have the expertise to build for the future with respect for the past”.
