Karlie Kloss is ready to shed a charming two-bedroom New York City townhouse that she’s owned since 2012, and has put it on the market for $2.75 million. The unit has two bathrooms, spans three floors, and is located in Manhattan's West Village, just half a block from the Hudson River Promenade and a short jaunt from the Whitney Museum and the High Line.
The townhouse sits behind a wrought iron gate and has a landscaped garden out front. Inside, a foyer leads into a spacious living room with high 12-foot ceilings, and the floors and walls are a pristine white, with one wall of the airy living room lined with mirrors. A few steps up from the living room is a renovated eat-in kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and snow-white cabinetry. There’s a breakfast nook tucked into the space, as well as a full bathroom just off to one side.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms and a second bathroom. The south-facing master opens onto a private brick-lined terrace overlooking Charles Street and features a whole wall of floor-to-ceiling custom closets. The second bedroom is a bit smaller but has its own walk-in closet and a large skylight. The shared bathroom has blue tiles and another skylight, as well as a deep-soaking tub, rain shower, and double vanity. Down on the lowest level of the home is a room currently being used as a cozy library and media room that can easily be converted into a home office, guest bedroom, or recreation room. While it isn't clear where Kloss and Joshua Kushner, her husband of just under a year, currently reside, they previously shared a Nolita apartment that they sold for $6.6 million in August.
