Mayfair-based developer Clivedale London has unveiled the show apartment at their first residential development, The Mansion.
Located on the second floor of this seven storey building, apartment 2.02 offers a glimpse into what future residents can expect from what is being heralded as one of London’s most exclusive addresses.
The show home boasts furnishings selected by Clivedale’s in house design team, whilst the interior build has been conceived by award-winning international interiors agency Arney Fender Katsalidis.
Floor to ceiling windows flood the apartment with natural light to enhance the bronze, rose gold, leather, marble and oak colour palette. Bespoke dark oak kitchen units are accompanied by Gaggenau integrated appliances, while the bathrooms boast Japanese feature tiles, Dornbracht brassware and Kaldewei baths with freestanding taps.
The building is scheduled for completion later this year and will boast 23 luxury residences, which range in size from studio apartments to two spectacular penthouses, all with exclusive access to a range of royal brand partners and impressive amenities.
The prime property developers are committed to delivering ‘effortless living’ with a plethora of in-apartment services including an the ‘A La Carte’ menu and grocery delivery services from Fortnum & Mason, the personal grocer to both HM The Queen and HRH The Prince of Wales.
Pick-up and drop-off professional dry cleaning services will also be available from ‘Jeeves of Belgravia’, London’s finest dry cleaners with a Royal Warrant for their services. Future residents of The Mansion will also benefit from an exclusive partnership with Bentley to provide access to a handcrafted, chauffeur-driven house car, for drop-off and pick-up services within central London.
“The Mansion has been designed to deliver the highest standard of specification, with every detail carefully considered to ensure the ultimate level of comfort and peace of mind for future purchasers,” says Fred Scarlett, Sales and Marketing Director for Clivedale. “Pairing exceptional residency with a number of thoughtfully selected service partners has allowed Clivedale to provide access to the best that London has to offer, right from their doorstep.”
Clivedale will also be the first UK developer to partner with British holistic and wellbeing brand Bamford, who will have trained ‘on call’ therapists available for treatments within the spa in addition to providing all bath and body products throughout the property.
“Partnering with a residential development is a natural extension to the Bamford brand, having previously worked within the hospitality industry,” says Katherine Pye, Director of Body and Spa at Bamford. “When Clivedale approached us with this unique opportunity to provide spa treatments and products for The Mansion, it was their vision of creating a modern take on a traditional Marylebone townhouse serviced by quintessentially British brands that caught our attention.”
Prices for apartments at The Mansion in Marylebone Lane start from £4.85 million. To find out more visit www.themansionw1.com
