As a specialist mortgage advice service (not a mortgage lender), we work as your personal intermediary to secure your finance goal & fight your corner. When the time comes, we perform application paperwork for you – working with you personally in fresh and modern way. We have privileged access to both the largest UK mortgage lenders such as HSBC & Barclays, as well as a wide range of building societies. Alongside this we have formed strong relationships with private banking solutions too - suitable for those more complex, or higher net worth requirements.

JWD’s core value is to offer a “personal touch” style – working to secure a “pre-check” process for our client’s cases – setup since 2019 (with James working as a mortgage adviser in this space since 2015). Through this complex world of mortgage lending criteria and diligence – we aim for transparency and clarity for each client throughout a mortgage journey.
