Founded by English businessman and Phones4U entrepreneur John Caudwell in 2008, our property portfolio includes projects in some of the most desirable locations in the world, with luxury and design always at the forefront.

Our approach to each development is defined by our exacting standards of excellence – in our rigorous approach to design and in the selection of the finest materials which combine to produce homes of unique elegance and distinction. We make this possible by directly employing a talented team of interior designers, architects and development managers.

In the UK, we have commenced construction of our exciting new development in Mayfair, London.  Architects and specialist designers of world renown have joined with our own design team to create the finest apartment residence ever to be constructed in London.

In Cap d’Antibes, France, we have recently completed Parc du Cap development an exquisite apartment and penthouse residences that encapsulate the very essence of the French Riviera lifestyle. Our second project in the area, Les Oliviers – six exclusive residences have been revitalised in a peaceful enclave offering generous living spaces with designs reflecting the art deco heritage of the original property.

We are also advancing our designs for the transformation of “Le Provencal” which will see the iconic former hotel converted into a luxury apartment residence. Expected to be completed in late 2022, Le Provencal will offer magnificent apartment living within an historic and beautifully restored building.
