Aspen and Ash produces artisan, handcrafted floors for those wishing to enhance the beauty of a space with a stunning wooden floor of genuine, lasting quality.
The Cornwall-based company uses the finest-quality, exclusive, Tregothnan Oak and Olive Ash as well as 90 year-old reclaimed Douglas Fir, to create bespoke engineered flooring using traditional methods to offer unparalleled quality, finish and durability.
Using sustainable, hand-selected wood, Aspen & Ash take your engineered wood flooring from conception to completion.
Aspen and Ash has secured close ties to the famous Tregothnan Estate, in Truro, enabling the company to procure the estate’s beautiful English Oak. Tregothnan is one of the largest estates in the UK with a dedicated sustainable forestry management programme, and produces the UK’s only tea.
As part of the working relationship with Tregothnan, Aspen and Ash is committed to preserving historic, heritage-rich woodland for future generations to enjoy, cherish and admire.
The company also seeks to cut down on its carbon footprint by ensuring that all wood is felled locally then cut, kiln dried and finished in house.
To compliment the range of luxury flooring, Aspen and Ash has introduced a new range of parquet and chevron flooring.
The traditional parquet design adds a classic and contemporary feel to a traditional or modern home, presenting a finish of elegance.
The tough nature of parquet flooring makes it suitable for a variety of spaces, including hallways and lounges. Each block is handcrafted and durable to handle high levels of traffic, while maintaining the timeless appeal of real wood.
This new range is available in Aspen and Ash signature woods Tregothnan Oak, Olive Ash or reclaimed Douglas For with a variety of finishes including wax or lacquer.
