Following the Government’s advice and the restarting of the UK Housing market, developer Weston Homes have reopened the marketing suite and show apartment at their popular scheme Langley Square, which won a national award for its high-quality homes and is nearly sold out.

Located by Mill Pond in Dartford, the £180 million (GDV) development provides 728 homes as a new waterside village across nine residential buildings. Following Government advice, Weston Homes have implemented detailed anti-Coronavirus guidelines and social distancing procedures in place for reopening the large marketing suite and show home.

The number of people in the 4,381 sq. ft. marketing suite at any one time is carefully limited, and appointments are made around off-peak travel times. At the point-of-entry to the marketing suite, face masks, gloves and hand sanitiser are available and signage highlights the two metre social distancing guidelines in place.

In the Langley Square show apartment, all tours for prospective buyers will be ‘contactless’, meaning all the doors and selected cupboards are open and the lights are turned on so that buyers do not need to touch anything. Whilst a buyer is having a tour of a property the sales agent will wait outside to assist with health safeguarding.

The two remaining homes available are both one-bedroom apartments, each providing 613 sq. ft. of high-quality living space. Kitchens include integrated Zanussi branded appliances, designer units and quartz stone worktops.
