We have a selection of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available to buy, part own or rent. We also offer a very flexible ‘rent before you buy’ scheme allowing you to make your move whist the final details of any house sale are finalized. There is ample parking, lifts to all floors and spacious communal areas for socializing.

Nethanvale is our newest development of apartments. With semi open plan living, fully fitted kitchens, and Jack and Jill style shower rooms. All have at least one balcony or patio space and with views over the lochan or countryside, so a great place to relax and watch the world go by. Location

All of our apartment buildings are built around the lochan with either water or countryside views, where you can watch the changing seasons, migrating birds that temporarily call Auchlochan their home and our resident group of swans.

On the periphery of the grounds are the detached cottages. These popular 2,3 or 4 bedroom bungalows all have conservatories to the rear and either an integral garage or a generous drive for off road parking.

A 24 hour emergency assistance system is available in all apartments.

The M74 junction 9 is only 4 miles away meaning that you can connect in a car both north and southbound very easily and be in Glasgow in 30/40 minutes depending on the time of day.
