Residential developer Weston Homes have unveiled a new James Bond themed show home at the Denham Film Studios, where numerous Bond movies were edited and reviewed.

The 1,559-square foot, four bedroom show home includes 007 themed bedrooms and bathrooms and entertaining spaces with limited edition Bond prints, memorabilia and gadgets. The spy-centric pad also includes a Blofeld style garden bubble-chair, a ‘shaken not stirred’ cocktail bar in the living room and a vintage Bond Aston Martin parked in the driveway.

The ground floor provides a spacious kitchen with a an eight-seat dining area with the table dressed like a Casino Royale gaming table, four ‘Diamonds are Forever’ themed clocks and ‘Aston Martin silver’ fitted cupboards.

The Goldfinger themed guest bathroom been designed with graphite wallpaper embellished with gold specks, complete with framed limited edition Goldfinger movie posters. The first floor living room is a fusion of Art Deco features and themes from James Bond’s Casino Royale movie such as the Ursula Andress ‘Dr No’ and the coffee tables have been dressed for an array of casino games.

The master bedroom suite has an Art Deco and Hollywood ambience with a studded leather head board, and, keeping to the Bond theme, a ‘Diamonds are Forever’ chandelier

Located on the North Orbital Road, the new address consists of the transformation of the Denham Film Studios into a luxury Art Deco inspired residential development providing, 224 newly built and converted apartments and new townhouses and houses.

Between 1936 to 2014 the world famous Denham Film Studios were the location where numerous Oscar winning movies were filmed, produced and screened for the first time to their directors. In the studio’s original Art Deco director’s cinema, which has been sympathetically restored by Weston Homes, famed James Bond director Albert ‘Cubby’ Broccoli, reviewed the iconic Bond films.
