In preparing for a project the studio selects the appropriate design and construction team members required on the base of the particular parameters of the project for review by the client.

All subsequently appointed professionals are then coordinated by Claudio Modola Design as lead consultant to ensure a seamless execution of both the design and construction process.

This pioneering design solution ensures that clients’ valuable time is concentrated into twice monthly meetings or conference calls in which all key issues are brought to their attention, feedback is requested and decisions are taken.
