Eric Parry Architects, an award-winning global architecture consultancy, was appointed by Lodha UK to carefully deconstruct and recreate a stunning development synonymous with the neighbourhood’s heritage buildings. Yabu Pushelberg, the international design firm, has been appointed to create the interiors at No.1 Grosvenor Square. The studio has partnered with world leaders in retail and hospitality, including Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong, Bergdorf Goodman in New York and the London Edition hotel. The appointment represents Yabu Pushelberg’s first residential project in London and further details on the interiors will be announced later this year.
